Pay Rate: $18.00 Per Hour starting pay for ARMED positions only
Schedule: Full time or Part Time schedules available (Evening Shift)

- Open availability preferred: EVENING SHIFT AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY (From 1pm-11pm availability)
- Examples of some shift hours may include: 5p-11p or 1p-11p (patrol-requires a flexible ending time shift does not always conclude at exactly 11pm)

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a VALID Driver's license AND DCJS ARMED CERTIFICATION
- Clean Driving record
- ARMED APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN GEAR- duty belt, level 3 holster, vest and firearm- please be prepared to bring all gear (with the exception of the firearm to you interview)
- Able to read, speak, and write in English
- Working smartphone that can download and use apps (not provided applicants must have and be able to use their own)
- Dedicated officers must be ALERT, engaged and proactive. Officers must be able to conduct a variety of vehicle AND foot patrols, complete checkpoint reports including explanations of observations and photos, respond to dispatch calls, interact with activity and individuals on property and monitor actively for unusual activity on site.
- Patrol officers must be able to hit up to 30 stops a night and have good time management skills. Patrol officers must be ALERT, engaged and proactive. Officers must be able to conduct a variety of vehicle AND foot patrols, complete 30-50+ reports including explanations of observations and photos, respond to dispatch calls, interact with activity and individuals on property and monitor actively for unusual activity on multiple sites.

Your day might look like:
- Taking responsibility to client access materials
- Taking ownership of a zone and monitoring the residents, guest, and properties in it
- Driving a company vehicle
- Conducting incident and site reports throughout shift
- Respond to alerts of suspicious activity
- Walking properties to ensure sites are safe and secure
Position Summary:
A Signal Armed Security Officer will conduct patrols, (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. Armed Security Officers play a vital role by actively observing their surroundings, positively engagingwith customers, associates, and responding to emergency situations. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site's Post Orders are requirements as well.

Responsibilities:
- Will conduct and deliver various mobile security services while operating company patrol vehiclethat reflect the company's values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
- Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.
- The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations
- Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship striving to provide peace of mind.
- Consistently communicates with the Advanced Patrol Officer and or the Branch Patrol Supervisor to promptly report any customer or property related information and concerns.
- Will be assigned a vehicle that officer is responsible for during their shift to include fueling, washing, interior cleanliness, and inspecting.
- Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, and devices, etc.
- Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor such as reporting standards and service quality.
- Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
- Communicate with the Branch Patrol Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum, such as the client needs, route changes, and post order updates to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
