Our work depends on Systems Engineer Senior joining our team to provide support for the Army Standard Software Baseline Configuration (SSBC) Program which currently produces the Army Golden Master (AGM), the mandatory software baseline configuration for the Army. You will perform Change, Configuration, and Release Management (CCRM) and draft and finalize Enterprise Technical Procedures (ETPs) for system and component upgrades. Maintain standard baseline configuration within the Federated lab and other duties to support AGM development for NETCOM.
HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems.
● Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to the ADCNOMS project.
● Web development, including designing, developing and maintaining a customer- oriented rich-User Interface (UI) website and the ability to maintain all related data in a timely and accurate manner.
● Design, build and maintenance of physical and virtual IT environments.
● MS SQL 2008 and later/Linux XSQL Database Administrator (DBA) and SQL/XSQL Reporting Non-Microsoft applications (examples of non-Microsoft applications include Active Client, Tumbleweed and ApproveIt).
●Software development for line of business applications.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Required Experience: 5+ years of experience.
● Required Technical Skills: Expertise to integrate, package and install various application installation (.exe, .bat, .msi) into a standard process.
● Security Clearance Level: Secret
● Required Skills and Abilities: Enterprise experience with integration, implementation and deployment of virtualized desktop operating systems and applications
● Preferred Skills: Experience working as a Front-End Web Engineer that has substantial experience in customer- oriented rich-UI websites.
● Location: On Customer Site.

The likely salary range for this position is $92,331 - $106,375. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
