Job Title:                   APRN or PA 

Reports to:               Office Supervisor

Job Summary:  The Internal Medicine department in Zephyrhills is seeking a Full Time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Related experience is preferred. Good assessment skills, Excellent communication skills, interested in working in a managed care environment.

Keys to Success in this Role:

• Evaluate patients and treat health conditions
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Enter charges
• Assist supervising provider with completion of tasks
• Ensure tasks, labs, and diagnostics have been reviewed and addressed as needed
• Attend all required meetings/conferences

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed ARNP or Physician Assistant with the State of Florida
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Ability to plan ahead, organize, and manage multiple priorities
• Related experience is preferred

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Normal physical ability
• Above average concentration and high level complexity of decision making
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Tolerance to stressful situations

Occupational Exposure:

• High risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards
