Belle Creek provides its students with a rich and immersive learning experience in grades Kindergarten - Eighth grade. We provide several levels of support for students and teachers by having instructional paraprofessionals and in-house Special Education, Gifted and Talented, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education coordinators. Additionally, we have special service providers for Speech and Language, Occupational and Physical Therapy, and a comprehensive mental health team.

Salary Range:

The hiring salary for a teacher with a bachelor’s degree begins at $55,000/yr to $66,000/yr (11 years of experience). A teacher with a master’s degree begins at $57,000/yr to $72,000/yr (11 years of experience)

Required Qualifications:

1. A valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License.

2. Colorado Department of Education “In Field” by CDE endorsement or qualification to teach the posted subject area.

3. The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.

4. The ability and interest to be part of a high-functioning team. (Having respected and trusted colleagues, preferably as teammates, makes the demands of teaching sustainable.)

5. The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).

6. A belief in empowering all children as owners of their learning.
