Overview
The Art Therapist-I provides mental health services on a non-verbal and verbal basis to students and their families facilitating the use of art as a medium of expression, develops appropriate treatment goals and acts as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain licensure at the LGPAT level through the MD Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists
- *Individual must demonstrate competence across all age groups due to the diversity of the children and families served by KKI.
- *Clinical care focus is on the neonate, pediatric, and/or adolescent populations, as well as some adults with disabilities.
EDUCATION:
- Master’s Degree in Art Therapy is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with ED/LD/DD children is required.
