Job Description:
- Overall 10+ years of experience , must have technically led AI projects with strong experience in Gen AI and has worked in onshore-offshore model
- 1+ yr of hands-on implementation experience on Large Language Model (LLM) framework and tools (langchain, llamaindex, flowise)
- 2+ yr of hands-on experience on fine-tuning large language model
- 2+ yr of experience on natural language processing, large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, retrieval augmented generation
- 5+ yr of experience on Exploratory Data analysis and feature engineering on unstructured text data and structured, semi-structured metadata
- RAG application development, RAG Evaluation, expertise in advanced RAG components
- Langchain framework, development using Langgraph, agentic workflow automation
- Python expertise, OOPs concepts, Unit tests, Expertise in the development of testing frameworks expertise in Client Ops, hyper parameter tuning,
- Expertise in model development like BERT models or Transformer Models
- Expertise is custom model building like custom embedding model, custom LLM model, LLM finetuning
- Development of API services
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
