Artificial Intelligence Specialist - VIZIO, Inc.

The Support Operations Artificial Intelligence team is working with cutting edge AI models to provide a 24 hour best in class customer service over text, chat, & voice. They also work with other internal support areas to maximize efficiency by automating heavily manual tasks.

• Review ‘Contacts’ that bots & agents have had with end users & identify areas of improvement.
• Create & edit documents to help build a robust dataset for the AI models to reference when helping customers.
• Modify the AI ‘Prompt’ to optimize Customer satisfaction, Resolution rate, and other KPIs.
• Work closely with the rest of the AI team to explore/experiment with new AI methods and models
• Report on failures and fixes to the support exec team.

• Must have a completed GED or High School Diploma
• Experience with customer support or tech support
• Familiarity with consumer electronics & specifically VIZIO products
• Highly Organized
• Able to manually review/categorize large amounts of data
• Familiarity with AI models is encouraged- prior experience is a plus, but not required.
