Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Asbestos Supervisor with 4+ years of experience to join our team
This position not only involves managing abatement projects and leading crews but also offers significant growth opportunities
We are looking for a dynamic leader who is excited about the potential to build and manage their own division as our company expands
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of asbestos abatement procedures, a proven track record of leading teams, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead asbestos abatement projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Manage and mentor abatement crews, ensuring proper training, safety practices, and effective execution of project plans.
Lead the division's growth by implementing efficient practices, developing new business, and building a team to support expansion.
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conduct pre-job safety meetings and provide ongoing guidance to crew members throughout the project.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and inspectors to ensure timely project completion and successful inspections.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including site logs, employee certifications, and disposal records.
Perform final walkthroughs and clearance testing with environmental inspectors.
Identify and mitigate any hazards on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in asbestos abatement and environmental remediation.
Must hold a valid Asbestos Supervisor license for Nevada.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and grow teams.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal asbestos regulations and abatement procedures.
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities while growing a new division.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients, inspectors, and team members.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
