**Asphalt / Paving Foreman**
A client of mine in the Asphalt / Paving Industry in Florida, is searching for an experienced Asphalt Paving FOREMAN to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate asphalt paving projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution.
• Manage and lead a skilled crew, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess project requirements and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Proactively address and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise during project execution.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in asphalt paving within a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Commercial Asphalt Paving and Maintenance projects.
• In-depth knowledge of asphalt materials, construction methods, and industry best practices.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
