Marrs Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Superintendent/Foreman to lead the creation of our new asphalt paving division. This role is perfect for a driven leader who is ready to establish and manage this division, overseeing all aspects of asphalt paving operations from planning to execution. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality paving projects, building and leading your team, and ensuring the division's growth and success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Division Leadership: Take charge of launching and growing the asphalt paving division, ensuring the team and operations are set up for success.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire scope of asphalt paving projects, from planning and scheduling to execution, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of paving crew members, providing guidance, mentorship, and hands-on leadership to ensure productivity and project success.
- Client Relations: Work closely with clients to ensure project requirements are met, maintain strong relationships, and address any issues or concerns during project execution.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control throughout the project.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to company safety guidelines and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Extensive experience in asphalt paving, with a deep understanding of paving techniques, equipment, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage large-scale paving projects from start to finish.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the drive to establish a new division and grow it into a successful and profitable operation.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, team members, and management.
