Location: Noblesville, IN
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Job Engagement: Contract
This job will have the following responsibilities:
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Providing quality customer service to patients
- Appointment scheduling, crafting accurate and informative documentation
- Answering phones in a fast-paced call center, basic knowledge of medical insurance, navigating EMR system
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience with Electronic Medical Record, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Teams
