Responsibilities / Tasks
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mastering standard assembly practices within the HRT department to meet efficiency, scheduling, and quality targets.
- Demonstrating flexibility by working extended hours when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and adhering to 6S standards within the department.
- Following all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements diligently.
- Assisting in the ongoing enhancement of departmental procedures, tools, and strategies.
- Collaborating effectively with internal departments such as Warehouse, Maintenance, Planning, and Quality Control.
- Following the direction and guidance provided by the department manager.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Profile and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the HRT Assembly Technician role is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and dedicated to quality improvement. Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, though not required; certified vocational degrees are a plus.
- Vocational training or less than 2 years of related assembly experience.
- Basic math skills and comprehension of safety rules.
- Ability to work on concrete surfaces for extended periods, including standing, sitting, reaching, and walking.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and machinery effectively.
