RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
• The Production Associate will provide support throughout the Assembly department area zones ensuring production meets or exceeds standards in safety, cost, quality, and delivery (SCQD)
• Assists team leaders in training of new team members, change overs and follow-up of quality related issues
• Maintain a proactive approach with problem solving to prevent accidents and quality issues
• Follow and improve workstation job detail standards for assigned area
• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment utilizing the EMS Principles
EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to use air tools, hand tools necessary to perform duties
• Work will be performed standing for up to 8 hours/day, require speed, mobility, precise dexterity, hand eye coordination, and concentration.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
PAY/SCHEDULE:
• Pay for this position is $17.50 for 1st shift.
• Full-Time Work Hours: Monday-Friday with possible overtime and Saturdays

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
