Assembler - 2nd Shift at Micro Tech Staffing Group

Essential Job Duties:

• Prepares work to be completed by reading assembly instructions and drawings; gathers all materials needed to complete job and verifies that the correct components were pulled and are available at their workstations.
• Assembles components by examining for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies; sets correct dimensions
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed components using scale, dynascope, calipers, and micrometers.
• Use inspection microscope to verify workmanship of product.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

***Important....Training needs to be done on 1^st shift for about 3 weeks.***

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to use inspection microscope to verify workmanship of product.

EXPERIENCE:

• High School or GED or equivalent work experience
• Requires 3 – 6 months of assembly or subassembly experience
• Good hand eye dexterity
• Good communications skills both written and orally
• Basic math skills
