Pay Rate
$19.32 per hour

Schedule and Hours
3:30 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday - Thursday (Possible Overtime)
3:30 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday - Thursday (Possible Overtime)
Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble blower components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet required standards.
- Pack finished assemblies for shipment, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assembler Qualifications and Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Drug-screening and background checks are required.
