Lead a team of production employees, ensuring safety, and completing work against deadlines.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead a team of production employees, ensuring safety standards and deadlines are met.
- Assist in hands-on assembly and wiring of equipment, including testing for both electrical and water components.
- Perform quality inspections and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
- Provide guidance and instruction to production employees on proper procedures and work instructions.
- Follow engineering drawings and record hours for labor reporting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Wear all required safety equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Identify, report, and correct potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Pursue safety initiatives aligned with the company’s vision of zero accidents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience in a piping and assembly environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings.
- Good verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to work overtime, including Saturdays, as required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Must wear all applicable safety equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.

Positions in this function typically require typing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
- Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.
- The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job. Visits to our manufacturing facility and suppliers’ facilities is required to monitor active projects and address design issues.
- Compliance with company attendance standards.
Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, intense noises, and travel.
