Assembler - Renewable Energy & Drives US,

Renewable Energy & Drives US, LLC (RED-US) is newly formed parts and service business servicing Power Electronic Systems with a pre-established customer base and fully engineered products. This role is for the Assembly of our power quality equipment onsite in our New Berlin, WI facility.

Objectives of this role

The objective of the Assembler role is to manufacture components with quality and function in mind.

Responsibilities

Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies.

Cable and Harness Assembly: Fabricate and assemble cables and wire harnesses, ensuring proper organization and techniques to make connection of wires.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to wiring diagrams, changes, and checklists.

Utilize soldering and crimping techniques to make secure and reliable connections. 

Receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.

Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process.

Follow company procedures and directives.

Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality.

Maintain the tools used to create products.

Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Perform other job duties as assigned with minimal supervision.

Must be able to perform repetitive and non-repetitive electronic assembly.

Familiarity with using and maintaining soldering and de-soldering equipment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.

Adhere to attendance policy.
