Assembler at Micro Tech

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assembler to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience performing mechanical assemblies in a production environment and be proficient in reading assembly diagrams and written work instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components according to blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Use hand and basic power tools to perform assembly tasks.
• Maintain quality standards while working in a high-efficiency environment.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Stand for 8-10 hours per day while performing assembly tasks.

• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly diagrams and written instructions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions in English.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
