Assembler at Micro Tech

$21 per hour

Contract Defense Manufacturing Company is seeking an Assembler with soldering experience. This is a for a full time, Monday - Friday; 7:00AM-3:30PM opportunity! This client manufactures high quality custom connectors and cable assemblies. 

Under minimal supervision, performs various repetitive electronic assembly, operations on cables, components, or subassemblies.

• Responsible for reading/understanding/interpreting blueprints/schematics to assemble, rework and/or reassemble units
• Use of hand tools such as soldering irons and grinding tools
• Component & wire preparation, soldering, and molding
• Wire and cable preparation and finishing
• Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards
• Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years soldering experience
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) to comply with ITAR certified company
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints/engineering drawings
• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
