Responsible for assembly and test of valves.
Follows specific assembly and test methods and standards.
Use of various measuring instruments as necessary to ensure quality.
Must be able to work to test specifications and codes.
Constant watch of stand gages and pressure is a must.
Troubleshoot and rework as required.
Must be able to interpret assembly drawings and instructions.
Rotates through the assembly function as required.
May be required to document tests results for certification.
Must understand operation and maintenance of test stand.
Must properly maintain stamp date codes.
Trains others as requested.
Keep work area and equipment clean.
Maintain the highest degree of quality, quantity, throughput, cost reduction, and customer service continuously.
Perform these duties and others as requested.
