We are on the lookout for passionate, hard-working team players to join our dynamic production team. As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-variability art manufacturing process, contributing to the precision and quality that define Four Hands Art Studio.

In This Role
- Assemble artwork with precision, adhering to order specifications and quality standards
- Conduct thorough inspections of artwork components to ensure quality and identify and address any defects
- Work collaboratively to achieve collective production goals
- Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow and address challenges
- Abide by company safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns or incidents
- Maintain clean an organized work area and equipment
- Confirm artwork components match order specifications, communicating any errors to floor leadership
- Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
- Other duties as assigned by Management
The Ideal Person
- High School diploma or GED equivalency required
- Manufacturing or assembly line experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of our products
- Ability to work through continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling and reaching in a production environment 8 - 10 hours per day
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
