Position Type: Full time Contract.
Duration: 06-12 Months
Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Compressed Shift 1A (Sun, Mon, Tue e/o Wed 5am - 5pm)
Schedule: Compressed Shift 1B (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and e/o Wed 5am - 5pm)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18-$19 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As an Assembler, you will:
- Tube Assembly Assemblers perform day-to-day production activities by using the most current procedures to maintain production schedules.
- Wear PPE to fullfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
- Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
- Perform visual checks of products to ensure quality.
- Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
- Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
- Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
- Clean room environment will PPE.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
