Savard is hiring a Heat Exchanger Assembler for work in Beaumont, TX for Job #17540

Job Scope/Duties: This position aids in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of component parts and products.

- Measuring tools (tape measures, dial calipers)
- Cutting torches, plasma and grinders
- Band saws and bundle saws
- Manual radial drills and hand drills
- Hot saws
- Threading machines
- Pressure vacuum pumps
- Interpret technical documents, such as schematics and blueprints

Work experience required:
1 year of heat exchanger assembler with fabrication experience
Must have experience Rolling Tubes, Layout & cut baffles
Must have experience setting up skeleton assembly
Must be able to read a tape measure
Must be able to interpret blueprints/drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude

Other Requirements:
10 panel DS
QBG
Physical
Respirator Fit test
Audiogram
Work History
Valid ID
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have the Ability to lift 50 lbs.,
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, working at heights, etc.
Must not be afraid of Confined spaces
Operate forklift and overhead crane occasionally

 

Shifts/Hours:
Night Shift
6: 00 pm to 4: 00 am Mon thru Friday (end times may vary)
50 hours max

Pay:
$ 21.00 to $ 24.00 per hour DOE
Up to $1320 w 50 hours/ week
