Job Details for Mechanical Assembler:
- Schedule: M-F 7:00am-4:00pm
- Pay Rate: $18-19/hr
- Prepare chassis frame for mounting and attaching sweeper body.
- Run, connect, and test all fluid and hydraulic lines.
- Build and install electrical lumens, harnesses, and lighting.
- Install couplings, fittings, and brackets to marry sweeper body and chassis.
- Test sweeper to ensure finished product meets Bucher specifications.
- Maintain shop floor, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Fabricating parts to meet custom builds.
- Electrical wiring and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Truck chassis modification and assembly.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think outside the box and be creative to meet goals and objectives.
- Software design knowledge would be advantageous.
- Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of shop tools.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Welding and Fabrication experience.
- Able to obtain passport.
