Assembly Operator
Adecco is seeking Assembly Operators for 1st and 2nd shift contract-to-hire roles with a high-tech manufacturer in Sturtevant, WI. Join us to assemble and package components, gaining hands-on experience in smart manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Precisely pick, place, and assemble small components.
Operate tools (e.g., drills, mono-bolt guns, wrenches).
Read blueprints and install parts (relays, controllers).
Inspect parts and ensure quality with engineering, quality, and shipping teams.
Rotate through workstations and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications:
Basic computer and measurement skills.
Physically able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours.
Adherence to PPE and safety protocols.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
