About the Job
Adecco is currently seeking dedicated candidates for long-term, temp-to-hire Assembly Operator positions on 1st shift in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various small electronic components and devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute repetitive production tasks related to the assembly of electro-mechanical products.
Assemble components onto circuit boards and mask parts for coating, while adhering to detailed instructions.
Interpret and follow both paper and computerized diagrams to ensure accuracy.
Utilize a variety of hand tools safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift/move materials up to 20 lbs.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; must be proficient in English.
Previous experience in assembly, particularly with small parts or electronic components, is preferred.
Electromechanical experience is a plus.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling small components.
Motivated and respectful team player, willing to collaborate and take on various tasks.
Availability to work overtime as needed, including some Saturdays.
Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime as needed could include some Saturdays)
