Assembly Operators 1st shift at Adecco USA

Adecco is currently seeking dedicated candidates for long-term, temp-to-hire Assembly Operator positions on 1st shift in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various small electronic components and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute repetitive production tasks related to the assembly of electro-mechanical products.

• Assemble components onto circuit boards and mask parts for coating, while adhering to detailed instructions.

• Interpret and follow both paper and computerized diagrams to ensure accuracy.

• Utilize a variety of hand tools safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift/move materials up to 20 lbs.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; must be proficient in English.

• Previous experience in assembly, particularly with small parts or electronic components, is preferred.

• Electromechanical experience is a plus.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling small components.

• Motivated and respectful team player, willing to collaborate and take on various tasks.

• Availability to work overtime as needed, including some Saturdays.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime as needed could include some Saturdays)
