Job Title: Direct Hire Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components according to work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of products, including wiring, fastening, and testing.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
