Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly of products, including wiring, fastening, and testing.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on assembled products as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in assembly, particularly in mechanical or electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
Compensation: $28-32/hr+ based on experience
