This second-shift position has the potential for overtime and weekend hours as needed. The scheduled hours are 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM. Flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
+ Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
+ Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
+ Maintain the cleanliness of workstations and assist with the entire department's housekeeping.
+ High personal standards for productivity, quality, and safety.
+ Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
Required Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications.
+ Ability to read blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments.
+ Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches.
+ 1+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Solid mechanical background
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
