Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician responsible for various types of installation mechanics. Our products are manufactured to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction for installation. This role includes custom installation of hydraulic valves, cylinders, and controls. A basic knowledge of 12v electrical systems and basic wiring techniques is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Perform various types of installation mechanics according to customer drawings and specifications.
+ Execute custom installation of hydraulic valves, cylinders, and controls.
+ Apply basic knowledge of 12v electrical systems and basic wiring techniques.
+ Utilize hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly.
+ Follow blueprints and other instructional documents to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other tools.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the day, depending on work-related circumstances.
Essential Skills
+ Knowledge of hydraulics and 12v electrical systems.
+ At least 1 year of assembly experience.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
+ Must have own tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to read and follow blueprints.
+ General labor skills.

Work Environment
Candidates will be working indoors in the boom assembly area. The area is not climate-controlled but maintains a moderate temperature. The shift is from 8 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Thursday.
