Job Details
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will identify opportunities for improvement within industrial compressed air systems, quantify energy savings, and pinpoint production improvement opportunities. You will document these findings to highlight the impact for our customers.
Lead on-site compressed air assessments, focusing on both supply and demand
Build relationships with customers to understand their system needs
Analyze system data (pressure, power, flow, air quality) and establish baselines
Identify efficiency improvements and quantify potential energy savings
Use data logging tools and present findings to the team and clients
Collaborate on schematic design deliverables like piping diagrams and equipment schedules
Help improve the assessment process and strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience conducting industrial compressed air assessments
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&ID diagrams
Familiarity with thermodynamics of air
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Self-driven and capable of independent and team work
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
5+ years of industry or manufacturing experience
Prefer 2 years of Compressed Air experience
Ability to travel 25-50%
US citizenship, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks and drug screening
Physically able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
