Analyze value and profitability of various investments. Estimate value of partnerships. Review property tax assessments to determine need for appeals, and allocations. Evaluate potential acquisitions. Track spending on development projects. Evaluate and compare Loan Options. Reserve analysis for property maintenance. Working with legal entities to create and compare entities. Title Reports and Land Matters. Review title reports; research and correct issues.
