Asset Lifecycle Specialist I
The Asset Lifecycle Specialist I supports the department in collecting, validating and disseminating new asset lifecycle data to all stakeholders. This includes driving alignment across new BTS and Line additions asset data. The ideal candidate is committed to working towards a data accuracy future, driven to learn and share, and able to propose, implement, and/or collaborate on new asset data related projects across multiple business units.
Essential Functions
- Deploy, Train, Support & Drive Adoption
- Plan and deliver effective and responsive MFG 365 Tool/QR Code user training which meets organizational and individual learner needs
- Establish credibility and a positive learning environment maintain a culture of accountability with participants
- Provide support to the system's end users
- Document Management
- Collect and ensure company documents and other important files are properly stored
- Drive best practice usage and compliance
Asset Management
- Keep track of BTS and Line charter assets and purchase order data for those assets. Align with stakeholders on the detailed scope of new assets.
- Monitor new BTS and Line installation dates, coordinate with Plant Engineers and Project management teams on new asset logistics. Verify installation dates for non Bottling Line assets
- Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop recommendations from those findings and translate those recommendations into efficient action plans for senior management
- Collaborate with Asset Management, Engineering Design, Project MGMT, Product Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, Information Technology, etc. to drive actions from insights and deliver business impact
- Contribute in developing scalable methods of measuring and tracking new KPIs
- Contribute to data cleansing and validation of various master data attributes and transactional data points in collaboration with Asset Management teams
- Contribute to process and operating model improvement through data driven insights in collaboration with Business Partners
- Contribute in ad-hoc analytics requirements, including but not limited to developing optimization models, predictive models, financial forecasting models upon request

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 Years+ – Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business
- 1 Years+ – Experience in a project support or coordinator role

- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 Years– Experience in in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business
- 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects

Competencies
- Above average skills in task management, reporting, and schedule tracking.
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written, to all levels of internal and external recipients
- Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word & Power Point
- Ability to create and prepare concise and accurate reports and correspondence in a timely manner
- Strong skills in critical thinking and problem solving
Education
- Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrations, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields
- Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business Administrations, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields
Typical Compensation Range
Pay Rate Type: Salary$68,365.00 - $88,874.50 / Yearly
