Job description:
- Skills & Job Responsibilities:
- Manage software requests
- Maintain data continuity within HAM Pro, including HW Models
- Responsible for the HW assets defined within the scope of their area
- Record and maintain HW assets within the Repository
- Monitoring the HW repository for accuracy & consistency
- Analyzing HW data and create reports
- Collects and retains HW asset data for risk and cost assessment
- 5 Years of experience

Please note HAM Pro is the Hardware Asset Management tool in ServiceNow. So ServiceNow exp is required.
