Assiatant Manager - IHOP

We are Looking for an energetic, detailed oriented, and self motavated individual to join our team.  Fast paced and high volume restaurant with growth potential. 

Responsabilities include but not limited to:

• Ensure and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with IHOP restaurant hourly employees and guests.
• Implement the training program for all restaurant hourly emplyees to improve operations and the guest experience.
• Comply with SOP to ensure proper operations.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices are maintained according for local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in completion of daily reports and paperwork.

Requirements:

• Two Years of Restaurant mangment experience
• Drivers Licence
• Open avaibility for Days or Nights
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must be Team Oriented
• Good at multi tasking under pressure
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Positive attitue with a passion for the guest expierience
• Able to communicate effectivly with guests and employees
