Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or a related field
- At least one actuarial exam
- Experience working in property/casualty insurance or an actuarial role
- Programming skills
- Become familiar with basic property/casualty insurance concepts, data, and actuarial reserving techniques
- Support reserving practice area by retrieving/validating data, updating exhibits, and solving ad hoc business problems
- Identify and suggest improvements
- Communicate results to actuarial leadership team
- Collaborate with other actuaries, data scientists, and other team members
- Pass actuarial exams
