Assistant Administrator/ Administrator in Training - The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley

Learn the nursing home operation as an Assistant Administrator functioning in the role of resident liaison/ concierge.  The responsibility and focus will be serving as a liaison between the residents, their families, and facility staff to ensure that every individual receives the highest standard of care and attention; while auditing the programs and its outcomes. The Assistant Administrator will maintain a dedicated focus on resident satisfaction and outcomes from the admission process through discharge within the framework and guidelines of the daily nursing home operation.

Job

·        Assist in the pre-admission process while working with the admission team.

·        Prepare room and ensure proper equipment is available for all incoming admissions.

·        Greet all new admissions upon arrival and introduce them to the facility staff.

·        Connect with the family and resident to ensure all necessary paperwork and information have been completed for admission and ongoing throughout the stay.

·        Conduct daily visits and rounds for all new residents.

·        Participate in all pertinent inter disciplinary meetings.

·        Conduct QA data analysis of systems and report in QA meetings.

By acting as a Resident Liaison, the Assistant Administrator will be involved in managing all aspects of the resident's stay to ensure positive outcomes. 

This role will provide AIT training hours needed for those looking to pursue a license in Nursing Home Administration.
