This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Position Responsibilities:
- Implement direct therapy using basic ABA principles.
- Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
- Graph student progress.
- Participate in ongoing staff training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- ABAT or RBT certification preferred. If you do not have one, we will assist you in obtaining it.
- Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory.
- Energetic and a team player.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and sit, stand, walk, and kneel for long periods.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Eligibility Criteria for ABAT Certification:
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or national equivalent.
- Completed 40 hours of approved ABA coursework (including 3 hours in Ethics and 5 hours in Autism Core Knowledge).
- 15 hours of supervised fieldwork.
- Recommendation from a supervisor.
- Criminal background check.
- Successful passing of an accredited exam.
- Agreement to the QABA Code of Ethics and all renewal requirements.
- Renewal every 2 years.
Eligibility Criteria for RBT Certification:
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of 40 hours of BACB-approved training.
- Pass a background check.
- Complete a competency assessment.
- Pass the RBT examination.
- Renewal annually.
Job Type: Part-timeĀ
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourĀ
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm
