What would you do as an Assistant Branch Manager/ CSR Supervisor

As the Full-Time Assistant Branch Manager/CSR Supervisor at First Neighbor Bank in Mattoon, IL, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our branch. You'll assist in managing and mentoring our dedicated team of Tellers and Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll establish and drive branch performance goals while actively participating in teller and customer service duties and also overseeing daily Teller, ATM, and Vault balancing procedures.

Your communication skills will shine as you mentor and train staff, promoting both compliance and growth. With a keen focus on customer retention and expansion, you'll build relationships through personalized outreach.
