WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER
Are you detail-oriented with excellent time management skills? Do you have an interest in real estate and property management? Does that sound like you? If so, and you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Assistant Business Manager!
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years or more of community management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with Yardi software would be a plus

DAY-TO-DAY
As an Assistant Business Manager with our real estate company, your responsibilities involve providing support to the Property Manager in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our property management office. You are responsible for assisting with lease agreements, including processing applications, conducting credit and background checks, and preparing lease documents. Additionally, you handle rent collections, coordinating with tenants to ensure timely payments and addressing any related inquiries. Your excellent organizational skills are evident as you maintain accurate records and documentation. Another important aspect of your role is coordinating maintenance requests from tenants, liaising with our maintenance team to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. You also assist in conducting property inspections, ensuring that all units are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays.
