Are you an experienced, dynamic individual with a passion for compassionate care and administrative excellence? We're seeking an Assistant Business Office Manager with a minimum of 2 years of long-term skilled nursing billing experience to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Assisting with managing all facility billing, accounts receivable, and collection activities, including supervision of billing and collections personnel
Achieve cash collection and AR goals for the Facility
Ensure compliance with all financial regulatory and other requirements by collaborating with other department heads
Potentially oversee accounts payable and payroll functions, including staff hour tracking, PTO requests, payroll entries, and benefits administration
Qualified Candidate:
Team player with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Payers within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Proficiency in daily census and payer tracking, insurance verification, billing, and collections
Experience with Medicaid application processes and resident trust accounting
Prior experience with Point Click Care and Excel is advantageous
