Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Phone Room Assistant Manager to lead. As the primary point of contact for potential customers, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of outbound sales calls, appointment scheduling, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of phone room representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to optimize performance and achieve sales goals.
Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and appointments through outbound calling campaigns, and lead nurturing activities.
Monitor call volume, productivity, and quality metrics to ensure adherence to established standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align phone room activities with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and appointment scheduling using CRM software or other designated systems.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the competition.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a leadership role within a phone room or call center environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results through effective team management and coaching.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of home improvement products, services, and industry trends is preferred but not required.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
