What We're Looking For:
- Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
- Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
- Openness to feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure an experience that exceeds guest expectations each and every visit
- Interview, hire and develop an all-star team of professionals
- Work side-by-side with the manager to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guests
- Clearly communicate business goals, contests and performance expectations to all team members
- Lead and inspire by example in all interactions with guests and team members
- Maintain brand visual and cleanliness standards
- Manage and adjust schedules to meet business goals
- Minimize loss by following loss prevention best practices
- Full-time position, ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Must have 1 year of previous management experience
- Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
- Ability to achieve results through motivating the team
- Ability to problem solve and work through issues with the guidance of administrators
