The City of Medford is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant City Manager to support our City Manager in coordinating the operations of all City departments. This executive-level role involves overseeing departmental activities, ensuring alignment with the City’s goals, and enhancing the delivery of quality services to our community.

Required Education and Experience:
- Nine (9) years of progressively responsible administrative or staff experience in municipal government including five years in direct leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, finance, or other specific area of study as deemed applicable may substitute for four (4) years of experience.
- Master’s degree in public administration.
- 8 hours daily, Monday - Friday

Retirement Benefits:
