Job Summary
The Assistant Clubhouse Manager is a key member of the Club's management team and is responsible for Dining Room and Lounge Operations success. This position reports to the Clubhouse Manager. They also nurture relationships with existing Members so they will invite their friends and colleagues to join. In addition, they attend activities with Members and their guests to demonstrate pride in belonging.
Cartersville Country Club - 18 hole private club designed by Gary Player. The club was established in 1954 and has a full array of amenities including championship golf, tennis, pickle ball, swimming and award winning dining. Cartersville CC in home to PGA Tour Instructor, Scott Hamilton. The club is also home to True Spec - North GA fitting facility. Cartersville CC is the current host of the Golfweek International Senior Invitational.

- This position will largely focus on managing dining operations while maintaining the highest level of member satisfaction.
- Being responsible for all food and beverage service in dining locations. Ensuring F&B service in a timely manner.
- Staff Management. Ability to lead staff through all service types (a la carte, Club Event, Banquet/Events, Buffets, etc.)
- Serves as a liaison between the restaurant and the kitchen during meal period operations.
- Ensuring clubs service standards.
- Partake in Event, Buffet, and Bar setups & breakdowns.
- May serve as the Clubs opening manager, closing manager, and/or Manager on Duty.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop innovative menus.
- Ensures that staff arrive to work on time, in a clean and proper uniform.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurants and proper setup daily.
- Supervising that all opening and closing duties have been done correctly by the front-of-house staff daily.
- Collects all chits and closing reports from the servers. Inspects chits for mistakes. Wraps the chits in the floorplan and delivers to accounting mailbox.
- Controls the atmosphere in the restaurant. Lighting, centerpieces, air conditioning, heating, music, etc.
- Maintains the inventory of all silverware, glassware, flatware and miscellaneous other equipment.
- Holds pre-shift meetings with staff and updates them on specials, reservations, menu adjustments and any other important information.

- Base Salary of $40,000 - $50,000, paid Bi-weekly.
- Two Days off most weeks.
- Quarterly Bonus based on meeting goals set by the Clubhouse Manager.
- Total estimated compensation package including commission and bonus is $55,000-$65,000
- Clothing allowance of $500 per year.
- Enrollment in CCC's voluntary benefits package after 60 day waiting period plus company paid Life/AD&D Insurance ($25k) and Long-Term Disability.
- 120 Universal Leave hours annually (does not roll-over)
- Participation in clubs 401k plan with up to a 3% match after one year of employment.
