We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a leading finance company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing an assigned book of business within our Commercial Lines department. You will be a key player in maintaining and building client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with the management of a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
2. Collaborating with the Account Manager to identify client needs and propose appropriate insurance solutions.
3. Reviewing and analyzing policy documents, amendments, and endorsements for accuracy.
4. Assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database.
6. Participating in client meetings and presentations as needed.
7. Collaborating with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for clients.
8. Staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best service to clients.
9. Assisting with the renewal process and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager position, you must have the following:
1. A minimum of 1 or more years of experience in account management, preferably within the insurance industry.
2. A solid understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance products and services.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
4. The ability to analyze complex insurance documents and provide clear and concise explanations to clients.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
8. A valid property and casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
