South Beach by Logan is a premier Class A luxury apartment community committed to providing exceptional living experiences to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to support our Community Manager in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our property. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about creating a welcoming and vibrant community environment.
Responsibilities:
- Resident Relations:
- Assist in addressing resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance community satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and coordinate community events and activities to promote resident engagement.
- Leasing Support:
- Assist with leasing activities, including conducting tours of the property, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions and resident information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and track marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized and efficient office operations, including managing correspondence, filing, and office supplies.
- Support the Community Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and other documentation as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Property Management:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to community standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address and resolve maintenance requests and issues promptly.
- Assist in the enforcement of community policies and regulations to maintain a high standard of living for residents.
- Financial Responsibilities:
- Assist with rent collection, processing payments, and managing delinquent accounts.
- Help in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
- Support the Community Manager in managing the property's budget and financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a Class A/luxury setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day, with occasional weekend and evening hours as needed.
- Location: 8920 W Russell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89148
- Physical Effort: Mostly sedentary role, with occasional standing, walking, and ability to carry up to 10 pounds.
