Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.78 - $29.62 / hour
Summary
Assist the System Director of Construction in all aspects of construction project management from project inception to completion. Provide project management from conception to close out on all assigned projects and duties. Perform and manage all comptroller/financial related requirements for all projects including contract tracking, pay applications, reporting, analysis, and early warning notification. Plan review and permit management for all projects from inception to certificate of occupancy. Manage and maintain all licensure and insurance requirements from state to local levels. Manage and maintain all supporting aspects of in house general contracting services. Manage project closeout and warranty acquisition process. Manage direct material purchase process using technical research and negotiation skills for competitive pricing and reduced spending. Develop, manage and maintain numerous tracking systems and reports. Manage Visa purchase program, visa audits, vehicle maintenance, mileage reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement, timekeeping et al.
