Minimum 4 years of project coordination/management experience in the hospitality industry; Hotel, Resort and or Restaurant new construction and or renovation
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or a related field required.
Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and project affiliations.
Ability to handle multiple concurrent work assignments and deadlines.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, owner representatives, and team members.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify priorities.
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
Comply with all Legacy Ventures policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practices.
Self-motivated and self-managed; sense of humor and ability to function effectively in a small professional office.
Proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook).
Flexibility to travel locally and/or nationally, potentially including overnight stays.
