About the Job
Premier growing software company is seeking an Assistant Controller for their team. The Assistant Controller will report to the Corporate Controller and will work cross functionally with multiple departments. The Assistant Controller will have strong revenue recognition experience. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for the following:
Manage the month end close and financial statements
Manage accounting operations, order management and credit/collections
Revenue recognition oversight
Implement policies and procedures
Manage tax
Assist with contracts and appropriate revenue recognition under software guidance
Reporting and analysis
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
10+ years of related experience
Public accounting and/or CPA desired
